02Pricing questions
Before you pay.
Yes. There is no subscription, no renewal and no card kept on file. You pay once, the report is generated, and the transaction is finished.
Because it is one order, one payment and one run, and we would rather you read both records than one. It is the same two reports, each in full – there is nothing in the package that you cannot buy on its own, and nothing held back from the reports bought separately.
No, and it used to. Until 14 August 2026 it added a founder–company analysis and a combined score. Both assumed the person named and the company named were connected, and checkout has no way to establish that: anyone could enter themselves and a company they have never worked at. We withdrew the analysis rather than charge for a link nobody had checked, and kept the package price where it was.
Online access ends and our copy is deleted, and we cannot bring it back. What you exported while the window was open is unaffected - the file is yours and does not expire with your access. If you want one, take it before the ninetieth day rather than after.
For investors, accelerators and agencies running reports across a portfolio, write to us and we will price the batch. There is no minimum and no contract.
You are refunded automatically, in full, without asking. The same applies where the public record is too thin to report on: a company report needs at least forty distinct domains and a founder report at least twenty-five, and below that floor nothing is written. Payment is taken before a report is produced, so what you see is the charge and then the refund. Because each report is produced on demand and delivered in full, completed reports are not refundable.
